Requirements
- Safely and profitably perform roof washing jobs with goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
- Roof or pressure washing experience required.
- Develop and document roof washing training process.
- Promote CRS in neighborhoods where work is being performed.
- Play active role in recruiting and hiring additional technicians.
- Manage customer expectations on projects.
- Safely and profitably perform gutter cleanings.
- Be physically capable of safely moving and operating heavy extension ladders.
- Be comfortable working at heights.
- Manage projects of other CRS personnel as needed.
- Must be able to safely drive company vehicle with trailer attached.
- Pick up and deliver various job materials.
- Bring new ideas for company improvement and success.
- Make everyone around you better!

We are growing and looking to add a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to be a part of our team.
As a member of our sales team, you'll be integral to our continued success, helping homeowners and businesses find the right roofing solutions moving forward company objectives. Responsibilities:
- Sales Consultation: Conduct in-person and virtual consultations with homeowners and business owners to understand their roofing needs, assess the property, and present tailored solutions. This will require being physically able to lift and move ladders, and being comfortable walking on the majority of the roofs you are assessing.
- Lead Follow-Up: Actively manage and follow up on inbound leads generated through our strong organic lead flow. Proactively reach out to potential clients to schedule consultations and provide estimates.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and present accurate, professional roofing proposals tailored to meet client needs. Explain project details to clients and how those details address the client’s needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trustworthy, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process from initial consultation to collecting final payment.
- Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales. Manage pipeline of prospects to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with homeowners, project managers (if applicable), crews and administrative staff to enter smooth transitions from sales to project execution. Provide updates and feedback as necessary.
- Knowledge and Expertise. Possess a thorough understanding of roofing systems, design flaws, leak-vulnerable areas, and how to best approach each. Learn more about roof systems if you aren’t familiar.
- Customer Support: Do what you say you are going to do, when you say you are going to do it. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Documentation: Keep detailed records of clients interactions, estimates and contracts. Input change orders, photographs, or any other relevant information as needed.
Qualifications:

- Sales Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, or roofing industry. Experience with direct-to-consumer sales is a plus, but not required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
- Relationship-Oriented: A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer service experience.
- Self-Motivated: Being self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed is non-negotiable. Must be able to work independently, honor commitments made, and manage time effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and overcome objections.
- Organizational Skills: Candidate should be detail-orientated and organized, with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities from repairs to replacements simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, estimating software, and basic office tools (MS office, Google suite).
- Drivers license and Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
